From concepts to internal capability
The second summit moves the cohort past "understand the concepts" into "change something inside the agency". Sessions focused on where each agency was investing (automation, advanced measurement, team structure) and on cross-agency review of those investments — a format that works because the peer group is small enough for real critique, and trusting enough to give it.
For Omnicliq, the second summit pressure-tested early versions of the automation platform that eventually produced the Fully Automated Perfection programme for Politikos Shop and similar clients.
