This Cookie Policy explains how Omnicliq PC uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on omnicliq.com. It complements our Privacy Policy by describing the specific categories of cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can control them.
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your browser or device when you visit. Cookies remember information about your visit (preferences, session state, consent choices) and help websites function properly, improve user experience, and measure traffic.
Similar technologies include web beacons, pixels, local storage, and SDK tracking. For simplicity, we use "cookies" to refer to all of these in this policy.
We classify cookies into four categories, aligned with the EU GDPR and Greek Law 4624/2019 on electronic communications and consent:
(a) Strictly necessary — required for the website to function (loading pages, form submission, security). These cannot be disabled and do not require consent.
(b) Performance / Analytics — help us understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, errors, load times) so we can improve it. Consent required.
(c) Functionality — remember your preferences (language, region, accepted banner). Consent required.
(d) Targeting / Advertising — used by us and our advertising partners to show you relevant ads on other websites and measure campaign effectiveness. Consent required.
The list below reflects our current tech stack. Specific cookie names, values, and expiry durations may change as we evolve the site. For the complete, live list, use the Cookie Settings link in our consent banner.
Analytics:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — aggregated visitor behaviour
- Google Tag Manager — loads tracking tags based on your consent state
Advertising & Conversion Tracking:
- Google Ads — conversion tracking and remarketing
- Meta Pixel (Facebook & Instagram) — conversion tracking and custom audiences, with Conversions API for server-side resilience
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — B2B conversion tracking and audiences
- TikTok Pixel — conversion tracking
- Microsoft Advertising UET Tag — conversion tracking for Microsoft / Bing Ads
Infrastructure & Diagnostics:
- Cloudflare — DDoS protection, bot management, and session cookies required for the site to operate securely
- Cloudflare Turnstile — runs on public forms to verify submissions are human; processes IP address and browser characteristics, no persistent identifiers
- Sentry — error tracking and performance monitoring; captures error messages, stack traces, browser/OS details, and approximate IP to help us detect and fix bugs
When you first visit our website, a cookie consent banner lets you:
- Accept all — allow all cookie categories
- Reject non-essential — only strictly necessary cookies are set
- Customise — choose which categories (Analytics, Functionality, Advertising) to accept
You can change your preferences at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the website footer.
We use Google Consent Mode v2 to dynamically adjust tag behaviour based on your consent signals, ensuring compliance with the EU Digital Markets Act and EEA consent requirements. Tags that require consent will not fire until you have granted it; tags that operate in cookieless mode may still collect aggregated, non-identifying signals.
You can also manage cookies directly through your browser settings:
- Google Chrome:
chrome://settings/cookies
- Apple Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Mozilla Firefox:
about:preferences#privacy
- Microsoft Edge:
edge://settings/siteData
Blocking or deleting cookies may affect how the website functions and what features are available to you.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is currently no industry consensus on how to respond to DNT signals. We honour explicit choices made via our consent banner and treat the DNT signal as an additional indication that non-essential cookies should be disabled where technically feasible.
Even if you opt out of targeting cookies, you will still see advertising online. Opting out means the ads you see are no longer personalised based on your activity on our site. You can opt out of personalised advertising from specific platforms here:
- Google: adssettings.google.com
- Meta: facebook.com/adpreferences
- LinkedIn: linkedin.com/psettings/advertising
- EU-wide (all major platforms): youronlinechoices.eu
Our site may link to third-party sites with their own cookie policies. This Cookie Policy applies only to omnicliq.com — please review the cookie policy of any external site you visit.
We may update this Cookie Policy as our tech stack evolves or regulations change. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
