• Personal data: any information that identifies or can identify a living individual, directly or combined with other data.
• Processing: any operation performed on personal data (collection, storage, use, disclosure, deletion).
• Data Controller: the party that determines the purposes and means of processing — in this case, Omnicliq PC.

We collect two types of information:

(a) Information you provide directly — when you submit a contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, or email us:

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We share limited data with:

• Service providers that help us operate — hosting, DDoS protection, and bot detection (Cloudflare, including Turnstile on public forms), email (Google Workspace), error tracking and performance monitoring (Sentry, Functional Software Inc. — EU data region), analytics (Google Analytics 4). These providers act as Data Processors under contract and follow our security standards.
• Advertising platforms for conversion measurement and remarketing — Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising. We share only hashed or aggregated data unless you have given explicit consent for personalised tracking.
• Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Some processors may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In those cases, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards as required by GDPR.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for:

• Contact form submissions: 24 months from last contact, unless you request earlier deletion
• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
• Client project data: for the duration of the engagement + 5 years for legal and tax compliance
• Website analytics: up to 14 months (GA4 default retention)

After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data:

• TLS encryption (HTTPS) for all data transmitted to our website
• Access controls and authentication for all staff, with least-privilege principles
