These providers act as Data Processors under contract and follow our security standards.
- Advertising platforms for conversion measurement and remarketing — Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising. We share only hashed or aggregated data unless you have given explicit consent for personalised tracking.
- Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Some processors may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In those cases, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards as required by GDPR.
6. How long we keep your data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for:

- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
- Client project data: for the duration of the engagement + 5 years for legal and tax compliance
- Website analytics: up to 14 months (GA4 default retention)
After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
