Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Omnicliq PC governing your access to and use of omnicliq.com (the "Site"). By browsing the Site, downloading content, submitting a contact form, subscribing to the newsletter, or otherwise interacting with the Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

These Terms cover only your use of the public Site. Any consultancy, marketing, analytics, or engineering engagement with Omnicliq PC is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement, statement of work, or engagement letter signed by both parties.

You may access and use the Site for personal or internal business evaluation purposes. When you use the Site you agree NOT to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• Use automated scraping, data-mining, or extraction tools against the Site (beyond normal search-engine indexing).
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site's infrastructure, reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt its operation, or interfere with any other user's use.
• Submit false, misleading, infringing, or harmful information via any Site form.
• Use the Site in a way that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or breaches these Terms.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, code, designs, case studies, blog articles, and branded materials — are owned by Omnicliq PC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and trademark laws.

"Omnicliq" and the Omnicliq logo are trademarks of Omnicliq PC. All other trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use the Site for personal or internal business evaluation. All other rights are reserved. You may not download, copy, modify, create derivative works from, or republish any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except for brief quotations with clear attribution and a link back to the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or tools (for example, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, analytics providers, partner badges). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or availability. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

How we collect, use, and protect personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Site you acknowledge those policies.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, nor that any specific result will be obtained from using the Site.

Content on the Site — including case studies, blog articles, and methodology descriptions — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, tax, or marketing advice. Any decisions you make based on Site content are your sole responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Omnicliq PC and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site is limited to the greater of (a) €100 or (b) the amount you paid Omnicliq PC in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury).

You agree to indemnify and hold Omnicliq PC harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any law or third-party right in connection with the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thessaloniki, Greece, save for mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
