What we do for your catalogue.

In Shopping and Performance Max ads you do not choose keywords. Google decides on its own which searches show each product, by reading what the product feed says about it: title, category, price, image. A vague title, a wrong category or a product disapproved by Merchant Center never show up in the reports, but they are sales that will never happen.

We work on the feed and Merchant Center together. First we fix whatever keeps products out of the ads. Then we rewrite titles and attributes with the words customers use when they search, and set up rules that apply automatically to new products too, so the catalogue stays correct as it grows and changes.

The same corrected feed powers Google, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft, so every improvement shows in all catalogue campaigns at once. We also add information the customer never sees but that matters to you, such as margin and best sellers, so the budget goes to the products that leave a profit, not just turnover.

What changes for you.

01

Approved products

We fix Merchant Center disapprovals and warnings (prices, availability, images, identifiers), so the whole catalogue is eligible to show.

02

Titles that get found

We rewrite titles and descriptions with the words customers use (brand, type, size, colour), so products show up in the right searches.

03

Rules and automation

Rules in the feed and in Merchant Center keep the data right as new products arrive, without fixing anything by hand.

04

Custom labels

We add fields such as margin, best sellers or seasonality, so campaigns split products by profit and not only by category.

05

One feed, every channel

The same corrected feed powers Google, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft, so every improvement shows in all catalogue campaigns.

06

Daily monitoring

Every day we check products that get disapproved or lose impressions, so an eshop error is fixed before it costs sales.

How we work.

01

Audit

We review the feed and Merchant Center against Google's specifications: disapprovals, warnings, titles, categories and products without impressions.

02

Fixes

First we fix what keeps products out, then titles, categories and attributes, with rules that carry the fixes to new products.

03

Campaign structure

With custom labels we split products by margin and performance, so the budget of catalogue campaigns goes where it pays back.

04

Monitoring

Every day we check disapprovals and products without impressions and fix each new problem before it shows in sales.

Common questions.

Usually because the price or availability in the feed does not match the page, identifiers such as GTIN are missing, or images or texts break Google's policies. The audit shows the cause for every product.
Usually not. Most fixes are made with rules in the feed and in Merchant Center. If a problem starts in the eshop, such as a wrong price on the page, we give your developers clear instructions.
The CSS Provider is about which comparison shopping service shows your Shopping ads. The product feed is the data Google reads. You need both, and we work on them together.
Yes. From the same corrected feed we power the catalogues on Meta, TikTok and Microsoft, with the differences each platform asks for, so every improvement reaches all catalogue campaigns.
Disapproval fixes show as soon as Google rereads the feed, usually within a few days. Changes to titles and categories take a few weeks to show in impressions and sales.

Give your feed its place.

We start with a feed audit that shows how many products are excluded or losing impressions and what to fix first.
