Mid-year checkpoint
The third summit is the checkpoint session. Each cohort agency brings what they have shipped since the second summit, the peer group reviews the outcomes, and the programme team recalibrates the second half of the year against what is actually working.
For us, the mid-year review pushed the automation and attribution work deeper into live client accounts — moving from "it works in a pilot" to "it runs in production across the majority of performance spend". That shift is the one the programme is explicitly designed to force.
