About the Agency of Tomorrow programme
Google Agency of Tomorrow is an invitation-only, multi-summit programme run out of the Warsaw office for a small cohort of digital agencies across Central and Eastern Europe. It is structured as a year-long working relationship — not a single event — with sequential summits that build on each other, direct access to Google product teams, and a peer group of agencies solving similar problems at scale.
Being selected for the cohort is a signal of where Google sees the next generation of regional performance agencies being built. The programme has visibly shaped how Omnicliq has matured over subsequent years.
What the opening summit sets up
The first summit establishes the shape of the year — the themes each cohort will work through, the measurement baseline against which individual agency progress will be judged, and the peer relationships that will make the later sessions useful. We came back with clearer direction on where to invest our own capability build (measurement, automation, advanced bidding) and with a network of regional agencies we have kept in contact with since.
