Same patterns, different market
The Slovak session ran right after the Czech one — deliberately so. Google's regional team wanted the Greek playbook stress-tested against two neighbouring markets with overlapping but not identical characteristics. The sessions shared the same case material but the local adaptation conversations went in different directions: Slovak agencies pushed harder on cross-border opportunities (their domestic market is smaller), Czech agencies on local-scale efficiency.
Both sessions produced working notes that the cohort agencies took back into their own accounts. For us, the back-to-back format was a useful lens on which parts of the Greek playbook are market-dependent and which are genuinely universal.
