      Pakketo actively entered the furniture market in 2016 with the key aim of offering integrated and innovative solutions with an emphasis on design, functionality, quality and affordable prices. The Pakketo e-shop is the ultimate online destination for furniture and decorative items for indoor and outdoor spaces with a wide range of options that is continually enriched and updated.

    • Brief

      The main goal for the Black Friday 2019 campaign was to increase turnover by 80% within a specific ROAS target. This goal had to be achieved without Pakketo users realizing that a discount period was approaching in order to avoid the risk of sales dropping before Black Friday.

    • Solution

      To forecast user response, a custom report in R Studio was created using Facebook Prophet. Facebook Prophet was selected as a forecasting tool because it supports forecasts that are impacted by holiday periods, and thus sudden increases/decreases in demand, while it also allows users to import parameters to take into account data that are not included in the data under analysis when generating the forecast.
