# ChatGPT Ads for customers who ask.

> You appear with a clearly labelled ad below the answer, at the moment the customer asks about what you sell. We already run campaigns for clients and measure them with our own numbers.

## What we do in your account.

When someone asks ChatGPT which product or service to pick, the answer is already half the decision. The ad appears below the answer, labelled as sponsored and separate from it, to people who ask with buying intent. It is a new channel, and the advantage belongs to whoever learns early how it works, before it fills up with advertisers.

Here you don't pick keywords. You describe in plain English which conversations you want to appear in. So we write the descriptions from the real questions your customers ask and lead to pages that answer what was asked, not to the homepage. We send sales back to the platform from your e-shop's server, so it optimises for purchases and not clicks.

The platform's own reporting is still limited, and a new channel that grades itself is not reliable. So we measure with our own numbers and check whether the channel brings sales you wouldn't have had anyway. We start with a small, capped test budget and scale only when measurement justifies it, on tools of our own.

## What changes for you.

- **Below the answer** — The ad appears below ChatGPT's answer, clearly labelled and separate from it. You reach the customer at the moment they ask, without interfering with the answer itself.
- **Targeting by description** — You don't pick keywords. You describe in plain English the conversations you want to appear in, and we write the descriptions from the questions your customers really ask.
- **Pages that answer** — Every ad leads to a page that answers what was asked, not to the homepage. Whoever asked about a product finds that product and not a catalogue to search through.
- **Measurement from the server** — We send sales to the platform from your e-shop's server, so it optimises for purchases and not clicks. So you know what each sale from the new channel cost.
- **Checked for added sales** — A new channel easily takes credit for sales that would have happened anyway. From the start we check whether the sales are added or would have happened without the ad.
- **A test with a cap** — We start with a capped test budget and clear criteria for what counts as success. We scale only when the numbers justify it, and if they don't, we stop and say so.
## How we work.

1. **Audit** — We check whether your category is allowed and whether your customers ask about what you sell, which pages would answer best and what you already measure. We say plainly whether to try the channel now or later.
2. **Measurement** — We connect the e-shop to the platform from the server and check that the purchases match your orders. We define from the start how we will judge the result, so we don't decide it afterwards.
3. **Test** — We start with a few conversation descriptions and pages and a capped budget. Every week we see which conversations bring purchases and which don't, and we change descriptions and pages accordingly.
4. **Growth** — What works we extend to more conversations and products. Every month you see what changed in sales, and if the channel doesn't pay off for you yet, we say so and suggest waiting or moving the budget.
## FAQ

### Is it a real channel yet?
Yes. Advertising in ChatGPT runs on its own management platform and we already run campaigns for clients. The channel changes fast, and availability by country and ad type is updated often, so we check it before you start. If it isn't worth it yet for your market, we tell you and don't push you into something that isn't ready.

### Where does the ad appear?
Below ChatGPT's answer, as a sponsored card, clearly labelled and separate from the answer itself. The ad doesn't change what ChatGPT answers. It appears to users on certain plans and not to everyone, and coverage changes over time. That is why we don't promise volume, but test and measure.

### Which businesses are not allowed?
The platform restricts sensitive categories, such as health, politics, financial services, alcohol, gambling and legal services, as well as ads aimed at minors. The rules may change. Before you start, we check whether your own category is allowed, so you don't lose time and budget.

### What does it cost and what budget is needed?
You set the budget and there is no required minimum. Charging is per click or per impression, depending on the goal. We suggest a small, capped test budget with clear criteria, and scale only when a profit shows. We agree the terms of our work after the audit, with no commitment before you see the proposal.

### How do I know it brings sales?
We don't let the platform grade itself. We send sales from the server, compare them with your orders and, where possible, check whether the sales would have happened without the ad. You see it in the same dashboard as Google and Meta, in sales and profit numbers.
