# Stylewish

> How competitor prices, read daily for every product, showed Stylewish which products to push in the Romanian fashion market.

## Project

**Client:** Stylewish
**Industry:** Fashion
**Duration:** Sep–Oct 2025
**Services:** Google Ads, Analytics, Other
## Key results

- **+140%** Orders
- **+123%** Ad revenue
- **+20%** Revenue
- **+66%** Visits
## More sales in a market that compares prices all the time

Stylewish sells fashion online in Romania, where local competition is intense and shoppers compare prices and brands before buying.
The goal for the two-month Back-to-School season was more purchases and more revenue, in a period when every competitor advertises heavily.
The range could not be treated as one: some products were priced better than the competition and some were not. And that picture changed every day.
If ads promoted every product equally, budget would be lost on products the shopper would find cheaper elsewhere and would not buy.

## The competitor's price decides which product goes first

Our own tool collects competitor prices per product in the Romanian market every day.
The data is modelled with dbt and shown in a pricing intelligence dashboard (Lightdash) that reveals where Stylewish has an edge and where it does not.
Price is combined with demand, category momentum and past performance into one priority per product.
That priority flows into the feed as a label, so campaigns push the products that can win the market and scale back those without an edge.

## Results

- **Orders** — More than twice as many purchases on the site, in a market with fierce competition.
- **Google Ads revenue** — Revenue from Google ads more than doubled.
- **Revenue** — More total revenue in the Romanian market.
- **Visits** — More visits to the site, driven by the products with a price edge.
