> How each product's data became daily decisions on which clothes to advertise, in a fashion e-shop whose range changes weekly.

## Project

**Client:** Luigi
**Industry:** Fashion
**Duration:** Aug–Oct 2025
**Services:** Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics
## Key results

- **+27%** Orders
- **+94%** Google ROAS
- **+18%** Revenue
- **+37%** Meta ROAS
## More sales from a range that never stops changing

Luigi sells fashion online, with seasonality, sizes, brands and new arrivals that change every week.
The goal for the quarter was more revenue and more purchases, with better-performing ads on Google and Meta.
One product may have demand but few sizes left, another may need a push because of the season, and a third may have just arrived with no sales history.
If platforms see every product the same, ads go where they will not bring a sale. On top of that, each channel judged products with its own data, so Google and Meta did not share the same picture.

## The feed became the place where decisions are made

We combined product and category behaviour from GA4, performance from Google and Meta, and feed data into one shared data model.
BI dashboards show the team which products have real commercial momentum, with the same logic across every channel.
That picture becomes feed labels: push, hold, exclude and seasonal priority. Campaigns are organised around them.
The same labels flow into Meta's dynamic product ads (DPA), so priority products show up with the right image, price and message.

## Results

- **Orders** — More real purchases on the site over the quarter.
- **Google Ads ROAS** — Almost twice the revenue for every euro in Google Ads.
- **Revenue** — More total revenue, without a bigger ad budget.
- **Meta ROAS** — Better ROAS on Meta too, because the same feed labels also steer the dynamic product ads.
